Charity places available in Surrey Half Marathon, 5k & 2k Junior Race 2025

Join #TeamEikon on this local half marathon, 5k or 2k junior race through Woking and surrounding countryside and raise funds for children and young people in Surrey.

This picturesque race boasts one of the fastest half marathon finish times due to its relatively flat course, and is made more enjoyable by live performances from local bands and communities of cheering spectators.

Can you offer work experience opportunities?

Did you know that 96% of adults with a learning disability are currently unemployed? We would like to change that at Dramatize and require your help. Our employment and life skills program teaches our students all the skills they would need to gain employment but they need the opportunity to put these skills to use by securing valuable work experience. Therefore if you could offer work experience opportunities to our enthusiastic, hard working, reliable students, who are willing to learn and take on new challenges please get in touch. Our students will be supported as necessary by a support worker.

In addition to this we are seeking help from local businesses to be able to offer interview practise to our students in Careers Week 3rd-8th March. If you can spare a couple of hours to mock interview practise for our students with learning disabilities please get in touch.

In return we shall advertise all the local businesses supporting our students on our socials, local press and our online newsletters to share your generosity.
